Please Do Not leave a message on this line.

If the weather is poor or surface conditions are determined to be unplayable, a decision will be made to cancel one (1) hour before game time on game day, and a voice message will be posted to this line. In addition, the Convenor will contact all Team Managers who will, in turn, attempt to contact parents and/or players. Games will be re-scheduled by the VP Club League within two weeks. Wednesdays have been set aside for make-up games. Rain-out games may also be re-scheduled for Saturday or Sunday afternoons at the Kew Box, or at Ted Reeve Arena as needed.
