2008 Beaches Lacrosse Registration

Beaches Lacrosse offers house league and competitive
(All Star) programs in box and field lacrosse for male and
female players from 3 - 20 yrs. of age. All programs have
limited capacity and are often over subscribed. To avoid
disappointment, sign up NOW! To register follow these

Step 2: All players need to go to our In Person Registration on one of the following dates and have a guardian/parent sign and verify information on the OLA form. Players over 18 must sign their own forms. All players MUST bring two copies of your birth certificate (one copy for box and one copy for field registration) to the in person registration. Any player that registers online, but does not pay online, MUST bring payment to one of the in person registration days.
Players will NOT be able to play without payment and signing the OLA insurance form.

LATE In Person Registration:
• Sunday, March 30th, 2 pm - 5 pm
• Tuesday, April 1st, 7 pm - 9 pm
A $20 fee will be applied on each LATE registration.
Registration will take place at Loblaws, second floor (Victoria Park Ave. and Gerrard St.)

To register with Toronto Beaches competitive (All Star) lacrosse, players must reside within the catchment area
assigned to Toronto Beaches by the OLA (click here for 2008 Catchment Area Map), have been registered with
Beaches prior to 2006 or have a release from the lacrosse club in their area.

Once a registration for any division above Peanut has been completed and payment has been made, there will be
an administrative charge of $30 for each withdrawal up to the House League assessment dates. Between the
assessment dates and the start of House League, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for a withdrawal.
After the start of House League, refunds will NOT be given for a withdrawal. Withdrawals arising from unusual
circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. For Peanut-aged players, full refunds will be granted
until the second House League game has been played.
